Sales & Operations Assistant - Remote LATAM

We are the operator-led team behind a growing portfolio of American cleaning brands. We sell cleaning services, win deals, keep clients happy, and move quickly. You will work alongside a high-performing remote team with direct access to the CEO.

We need someone who can sell, communicate clearly, and stay organized when several things are happening at once.

Grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by turning inbound leads into weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning clients.

• Answer inbound calls and messages, then turn those conversations into paying customers.
• Sell weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans.
• Follow up with leads who have not booked yet.
• Book and reschedule cleaning jobs, answer customer questions, and solve problems.
• Keep the schedule organized across three U.S. markets.
• Track bookings, recurring clients, and MRR.

• You are excellent on the phone and your English is fluent, clear, and persuasive.
• You enjoy sales, follow-up, and the satisfaction of closing a customer.
• You stay organized when several things happen at once.
• You take initiative without waiting for constant instructions.
• You stay calm and solve the problem when something goes wrong.
